Hippocrates hotel kos complaint about the state and how it is being run

we have recently stopped at the hippocrates hotel in kos and cannot beleive how a top class company like iberostar let there staff treat their customers whilst they are holidaying there,the bar staff ignore the all inclusive guests as though they own the hotel and they are looking after there own profits, or is this how you train them bacause if it is this is my first time at an iberostar and it most certainly will be our last. The public areas were a discrace the terrace in which we would sit of an evening had the same beer mats in which my husband stabilized the first night of our holiday proving the areas we not swept or hosed down which have been done in previous hotels we have stopped at which have not had the so called upper class reviews which your hotels claim to have. The toilet areas well thats another case all together to put it mildly they were distgusting as you will know in greece there sanitation is not like ours therfore you had to put tissue in the bins provided these were over flowing and the smells were repulsive,the locks on most of the doors were either broken or did not work,this resulted in customers getting locked in one of them being my young daughter this frightened her and would not use the toilets without somebody going in them with her end she refused to lock them even then.The entertainment team even though they were lovely people there was just not enough on offer the children were very bored at night as out of the fourteen nights there was entertainment three times overall a very unhappy holiday at your resorts.Hope you acknoledge this complaint and i look forward to hearing back from you yours mrs R Mosley.Frasermosley@aol.com
